About the Role
Fluentia is seeking a passionate Native English Teacher - Remote to join our dynamic online language academy. In this role, you will deliver engaging live virtual lessons to help students master English within just three months. What You'll Do
- Deliver online English lessons to students ranging from A1 to C1 levels via Google Meet.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Adapt lessons to meet the individual learning levels and needs of each student.
- Maintain a fixed evening schedule, allowing for flexibility in your daily activities.
- Utilize your teaching expertise to confidently instruct absolute beginners (A1 level).
- Engage with students, especially teens and adults, to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other educators to improve teaching methodologies and student outcomes.
- Ensure a stable internet connection for seamless lesson delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum A2 level of Spanish is required to facilitate communication with students.
- TEFL, CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent certification is mandatory.
- Previous online teaching experience, particularly with teens or adults, is preferred.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Google Meet, MS Teams, or Zoom.
- Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Freelance status is required for this position.
