About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior Womenwear Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team at Crossian. What You'll Do

• Create innovative design concepts and technical drawings for our womenwear collection.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely sample development.
• Work closely with marketing to effectively communicate key features and product benefits.
• Research US womenswear trends, customer needs, and purchase insights to guide your design decisions.
• Design products that are visually appealing and functionally effective for our customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Fashion or Technical Design, with a focus on intimate apparel being a plus.
• Strong understanding of fit, function, materials, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating technical drawings.
• Ability to apply market insights and sales data to enhance design performance.
• Excellent visual reasoning skills and an understanding of how design influences customer perception.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across product and marketing teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Working proficiency in English.
