Mid-Senior UI/​UX Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the design of innovative software products that prioritize user experience. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to gather user requirements and translate them into engaging user interfaces. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and expanding our user base.

What You'll Do

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality.
• Create original graphic designs, including images and sketches.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems based on user feedback.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Interaction, Graphic, or Interface Design.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• 5+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, User Experience Designer, or similar role.
• Experience with multi-device design and responsive design.
• Well-versed in visual design fundamentals, typography, color theory, brand communication, and UI principles.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and designs.
