About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior Oracle HCM Cloud and ODI Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to enhance our HR processes and data integration strategies. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while making a significant impact on our operations.

What You'll Do

• Utilize your hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and ODI to implement and manage HR solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts to support data integration and migration processes.
• Collaborate with HR teams to understand their data needs and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and performance tuning for efficient data processing.
• Provide training and support to users on Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and ODI.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data integration concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1/B2 level).
