What You'll Do

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into technical reporting requirements.
• Identify workforce trends and risks, providing insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Mentor junior analysts on best practices in SQL, data visualization, and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in building HR analytics solutions with a focus on Oracle HCM.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and reporting processes.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders.
