Senior Relationship Manager - APAC (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Xapo Bank. This Senior Relationship Manager remote position allows you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact in the financial services industry. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of institutional and retail accounts in the APAC region, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their needs are met through our innovative banking solutions.

What You'll Do

• Originate, onboard, and maintain institutional and retail relationships in the APAC region.
• Understand client needs and formulate appropriate solutions based on their circumstances and risk appetite.
• Act as an escalation point for Customer Success Advisors when providing banking services.
• Attend regional events to promote the Xapo brand and obtain new leads.
• Monitor customer portfolios and provide timely updates to clients.
• Be an expert in Xapo's products and perform regular reviews with customers to reassess their risk profiles and wealth management needs.
• Achieve KPIs and targets in alignment with the overall objectives of the team and business.
• Provide product demonstrations to prospects and customers.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; fluency in the local language is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of customer-facing banking experience in private banking, private wealth, investment banking, or commercial banking.
• Professional or personal exposure to the crypto markets.
• Track record of originating leads and managing relationships in the financial services industry.
• Confidence in orchestrating face-to-face and online meetings with customers.
• Strong regional network in the APAC financial services sector.
• Solid understanding of fiat payment rails and stablecoins.
