Renewal Manager - Remote Position for Startups
About the Role
We are looking for a Renewal Manager remote to join our expanding EMEA Contract Management team at Ashby. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth for startups with up to 100 employees. As a Renewal Manager remote, you will manage annual customer renewals and subscriptions, guiding customers through the renewal process while collaborating with various internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead the renewal process with customers, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.
- Build and maintain trust with customers, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring their subscription needs are met.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including customer outreach and CRM maintenance.
- Navigate pricing and negotiation discussions with empathy and tact.
- Identify opportunities to support small startups and drive their growth.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or renewal management.
- Proven ability to drive contract renewals and enhance customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
