Community Manager - Cybersecurity Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for a Community Manager to join our marketing team at Filigran, a leading company in the cybersecurity sector. This Community Manager remote position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with one of the most active cybersecurity communities globally. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams, connecting with thousands of users and amplifying their voices.

What You'll Do

• Help users succeed and grow with Filigran by creating programs that facilitate the adoption of OpenCTI and OpenAEV capabilities.
• Serve as the first line of community support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to Product or Engineering teams.
• Foster connection and belonging by building dedicated spaces for specific roles and industries.
• Drive Filigran’s engagement across multiple channels including Slack, GitHub, and Reddit.
• Encourage user feedback that shapes product development and community engagement.
• Plan and run virtual meetups, product webinars, and online summits.
• Use data to measure community engagement and optimize programs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in building community programs.
• 5-8+ years of experience in tech, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Strong familiarity with community platforms such as Slack and GitHub.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a welcoming presence.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with open-source project communities.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience with user advocacy or ambassador programs.
