Mid-Senior Full-Stack Developer - Backend-Heavy for Financial Services

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team at Navira Financial Market LLC, a multi-asset brokerage firm based in Dubai. This Full-Stack Developer remote role is perfect for those who are passionate about building and maintaining robust financial systems. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on debugging, stability, deployment, and incremental improvements, ensuring that our existing production system remains reliable and efficient.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and debug Python / FastAPI backend services to ensure optimal performance.
• Work with PostgreSQL, including schemas, queries, and performance optimization.
• Build and maintain React (TypeScript) frontend screens that consume existing APIs.
• Support Docker-based deployments and CI/CD processes to streamline development.
• Fix bugs, improve reliability, and keep the system production-ready.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer remote, with a focus on backend-heavy roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy for database management.
• Solid understanding of React and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Familiarity with Docker and Git for version control and deployment.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Redis and Neo4j databases.
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with internal tools or regulated systems.
