Mid-Market Sales Manager - Remote EMEA
About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Market Sales Manager to join our team at n8n, a leading open workflow orchestration platform. This Mid-Market Sales Manager remote position is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to drive significant growth in the EMEA region. You will lead and develop a team of Account Executives, helping them close high-value deals and expand our customer base.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to consistently close high 5-figure deals and progress 6-figure opportunities.
- Drive deal strategy and execution across complex sales cycles, from discovery to close, including rigorous pipeline and forecast reviews.
- Elevate sales methodology adoption, ensuring crisp qualification and clear next steps.
- Build a strategic selling culture that shifts mindset towards larger, multi-threaded, value-led engagements.
- Orchestrate multi-stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts to keep deals unblocked.
- Segment and prioritize territories to uncover expansion and upsell opportunities across existing accounts.
- Run high-quality deal reviews and QBRs that sharpen strategy and improve win rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns and refine messaging for technical buyers.
Requirements
- Proven 6-figure closer and sales leader with 5+ years of management experience.
- Deep command of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
- Fluent in strategic deal management and executive alignment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Experience in navigating multi-stakeholder environments and managing conflicts effectively.

- Technical sales fluency, particularly in selling to technical teams.
- Leadership experience in Mid-Market or Enterprise SaaS across EMEA.
