Mid-Market Sales Account Executive - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Mid-Market Sales Account Executive to join our innovative team at XBOW. This remote position is an exciting opportunity to drive new business growth across the mid-market segment. As a Sales Account Executive, you will own a defined set of accounts and manage opportunities from discovery through close, contributing to our mission of redefining offensive security with our AI-powered autonomous pentesting platform.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, driving pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including security leaders, engineering teams, and executive decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging security challenges.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Proven track record of managing mid-market accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to manage complex evaluations and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales forecasts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
