About the Role

We are seeking a talented Microsoft Teams Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end integration of Microsoft Teams within our multi-tenant, AI-powered self-service platform. As a Microsoft Teams Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle from development to deployment and maintenance, ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the integration of Microsoft Teams into our multi-tenant platform.
  • Design a one-click deployment flow for external users to enhance user experience.
  • Manage multi-tenant authentication and permissions effectively.
  • Handle the Microsoft App Store submission process to ensure compliance and visibility.
  • Integrate AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI and Google Vertex AI to enhance functionality.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and improve architecture for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth deployment and integration processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams applications.
  • Proven experience integrating third-party apps into Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Bot Framework and Graph API.
  • 4+ years of Python experience, with Django preferred.
  • Understanding of multi-tenant architectures and OAuth2.
  • Experience with AI integrations is a plus.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services.
