Microsoft CSP Support Specialist - Remote Role

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft CSP Support Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will deliver high-quality technical and operational support for our largest global customers, ensuring they maximize their investments in Microsoft cloud technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Provide operational support related to Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) workflows, ensuring smooth partner onboarding and subscription provisioning.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Microsoft Cloud technologies and CSP licensing.
  • Triage and manage escalations to Microsoft support when issues cannot be resolved internally.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed across teams.
  • Empower customers and resellers to self-serve by sharing guidance and recommending Microsoft product features.
  • Create and maintain Help Center articles and technical notes to improve the support experience.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction signals and manage expectations with transparency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues globally to resolve service issues and continuously improve our support model.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience navigating and operating within Microsoft Partner Center.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider model and partner ecosystem workflows.
  • Microsoft Certifications in Azure and/or M365 (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator).
  • Strong MS SQL skills, including the ability to write queries and perform data analysis.
  • Practical experience working with REST APIs for diagnostics and integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Working experience with Microsoft Azure technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Partner Programs, including CSP and licensing models.
  • Experience troubleshooting SaaS applications.
  • Background in Tier 2 or Tier 3 technical support roles.
