About the Role

We are seeking a Member of Relationship Management - APAC to join our dynamic team at Anchorage Digital. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with a leading digital asset platform, enabling institutions to participate in the crypto space. As a Member of Relationship Management, you will play a crucial role in generating new revenue opportunities and driving organic growth by managing and expanding client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth for your client portfolio.
• Generate new revenue opportunities through cross-selling and protecting wallet share.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and drive new initiatives that meet client needs.
• Utilize our CRM system to maintain a robust pipeline and provide visibility into opportunities.
• Engage with high net worth clients and crypto asset managers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in institutional account management within digital assets or financial services.
• Strong track record of closing deals and achieving targets in the APAC region.
• Direct experience in the crypto industry with a solid network of institutional clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS sales or financial technology.
• Familiarity with high net worth family offices and venture capital firms.
• Interest in the evolving landscape of digital assets and finance.
