What You'll Do
- Communicate and champion Vituity’s mission and values to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Monitor healthcare trends and assess their impact on local practices.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual practice management plan.
- Lead the administrative management team, selecting members to drive practice goals.
- Ensure compliance with Vituity policies and uphold fiduciary obligations.
- Monitor operational and quality metrics to improve performance continuously.
- Oversee financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new providers to maintain a high-quality practice.
Requirements
- Licensed physician (M.D. or D.O.) with residency completion from an accredited program.
- Five or more years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Project management skills and technical proficiency.
- Understanding of financial and accounting principles.
