About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Biologist specializing in Immunochemistry for a remote opportunity at Eurofins France Clinical Diagnostics. In this role, you will validate and interpret medical biology examinations, particularly in immunochemistry, while contributing to innovative projects and enhancing patient care.

What You'll Do

  • Validate and interpret medical biology examinations in immunochemistry, including serum and urinary protein electrophoresis and immunofixation.
  • Participate in the validation of specialized examinations in autoimmunity, such as antiphospholipid syndrome and lupus erythematosus.
  • Provide consulting services to biologists and clinicians to optimize laboratory processes.
  • Collaborate with technical, quality, commercial, and marketing teams to enhance communication and processes.
  • Contribute to ISO 15189 accreditation through documentation and continuous improvement.
  • Engage in the integration of Artificial Intelligence in laboratory processes.
  • Identify and develop innovative tests while conducting scientific and regulatory monitoring.
  • Promote laboratory activities through participation in conferences and scientific publications.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Pharmacy or Medicine and a DES in Medical Biology.
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Medical Biologist (registration costs covered by Biomnis).
  • Previous experience in private or hospital laboratories is appreciated.
  • Specialization in immunochemistry or autoimmunity is preferred.
  • Scientific curiosity and a desire to contribute to innovative projects.
  • Strong sense of rigor, autonomy, and teamwork.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with automated laboratory systems.
  • Knowledge of current scientific literature in immunochemistry.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and laboratory accreditation processes.
