Marketing Manager - Remote Role for Middle East Expansion
About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the Middle East region and beyond. This remote Marketing Manager role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, engagement, revenue growth, and market expansion across the Middle East markets by leveraging email campaigns, website content, digital tactics, social media channels, and other outreach strategies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategies to position the ATD brand effectively for diverse global audiences, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regional market needs.
- Design and develop digital campaigns through multiple social channels focused on lead generation, audience growth, and data capture.
- Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and other digital tactics to promote ATD products, services, and initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and drive ROI.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and a user-friendly experience for global audiences.
- Develop compelling messaging that resonates with international markets.
- Partner with digital and social media teams to create and implement strategies that engage global audiences and promote ATD offerings effectively.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and engage Middle East clients, corporate delegations, and regional partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in marketing in the Middle East region, with a focus on global events, training programs, or other related fields.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, website content management, and digital marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, particularly for international audiences and corporate delegations.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Deep understanding of market behavior to develop and adapt strategies based on market dynamics and trends.

- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
