About the Role

Keeper Security is hiring a driven Marketing Analytics & Attribution Manager to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in shaping how marketing performance is measured, optimized, and aligned to revenue outcomes. As a Marketing Analytics & Attribution Manager remote position, you will work closely with various teams to standardize measurement frameworks and ensure data integrity across systems.

What You'll Do

  • Optimize and maintain standardized marketing dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track campaign and channel performance.
  • Run marketing funnel analysis with lifecycle specialists to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
  • Own and evolve Keeper’s marketing attribution framework to accurately measure marketing’s contribution to revenue.
  • Standardize campaign tracking processes across HubSpot and Salesforce, including UTM governance and naming conventions.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting that translates complex data into actionable insights.
  • Conduct cohort analysis, channel performance reviews, and ROI reporting to inform budget allocation decisions.
  • Support forecasting and pipeline modeling efforts with data-driven insights.
  • Continuously evaluate reporting tools and analytics capabilities to improve scalability and automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations Analytics, or Revenue Marketing Analytics within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce reporting.
  • Experience designing and managing attribution models and campaign tracking frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools; Google Analytics 4 (GA4) experience required.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, strategic insights.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • HubSpot certifications.
