About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester - Remote to join our innovative team at ABESSE Zrt. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to high-quality software testing and quality assurance processes. As a Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the robustness of our applications through meticulous testing practices.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute test scripts based on documented plans.
• Conduct application tests and participate in test walkthroughs as part of a dedicated Hungarian testing team.
• Perform various types of tests including unit, system, and regression tests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective testing processes and outcomes.
• Utilize test management tools, preferably Jira Xray, to track testing progress and results.
• Engage in SCRUM methodology to enhance team collaboration and project efficiency.
• Communicate confidently in English, both orally and in writing, to ensure clear understanding among team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of IT systems.
• Familiarity with test management tools, preferably Jira Xray.
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, XML, JSON, and CSV.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Knowledge of test-related tools and processes.
• Experience in SCRUM methodology.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Nice to Have

• Experience in automated testing tools.
• Background in OOP programming, specifically C# .NET.
• Understanding of various testing methodologies.
