Manager, Talent Acquisition - Remote

About the Role

As the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will oversee and develop the strategy and execution of talent acquisition while ensuring compliance with all EEO and other TA compliance requirements. This remote role offers you the opportunity to lead a small but effective team, responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State EEO obligations within the talent acquisition space.
  • Mentor and manage a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Personally source Senior through Executive talent.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Measure and improve the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually refine recruitment processes.
  • Travel as needed, approximately 2-3 times per year.

Requirements

  • SHRM-SCP/ SPHR, or equivalent certification required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of recruiting management experience with measurable success.
  • Experience as a full-cycle recruiter, contributing to organizational success.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in designing dashboards.
  • Senior-level proficiency in diverse ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a national company managing compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and data visualization tools.
