Director, Client Partner - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Director, Client Partner - Remote to join our team at Tinuiti, the largest independent performance marketing firm. In this role, you will own strategic client relationships and lead multi-channel plans to drive measurable results and client growth.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end integrated planning for assigned accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with director/VP-level stakeholders.
• Drive performance and optimization for client accounts.
• Lead new business pursuits and shape solution narratives.
• Define success measures and partner with Analytics for measurement approaches.
• Promote a culture of accountability and performance within the team.
• Champion a product-led and measurement-driven mindset.
• Ensure high-quality outcomes through effective team leadership.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to develop emerging leaders.
• Leverage Bliss Point App insights to inform client decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in client leadership within performance marketing.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong cross-channel literacy in marketing.
• Experience with data analysis and measurement.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable client narratives.
• Financial fluency and partnership experience.
• BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of driving client growth and efficiency.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity with a human-centered approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
