Manager, Global Security Policy - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Manager for Global Security Policy to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies that align with our organizational goals and compliance requirements. As a key player in our cybersecurity strategy, you will ensure that our security measures are robust and effective, protecting our assets and data.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive global security policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with security regulations and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Lead training programs to educate employees on security best practices and policies.
• Utilize AI tools and SharePoint for effective document management and policy dissemination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Proven experience in policy development and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management and training program development.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar sectors.
