Fertility Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Fertility Specialist - Remote Position to join our dynamic team at Merck. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative products and services to gynecologists, endocrinologists, and hospital and private sector biologists. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact in the healthcare sector.

What You'll Do

• Promote products and services to key healthcare professionals in your sector.
• Collaborate with your District Manager and medical, marketing, and public affairs teams to develop your sector.
• Define and implement a sector action plan, including digital initiatives.
• Analyze practices of key centers and their internal and external environments.
• Propose partnership projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor the effectiveness of projects and suggest corrective actions.
• Organize and lead staff meetings and discussions in line with company strategy.
• Provide valuable insights to headquarters teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences (or equivalent) with experience in the fertility therapeutic area.
• Ability to interact and negotiate with all stakeholders in the care pathway.
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills in a competitive environment.
• Fluency in oral and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Adaptability to the evolving landscape of medical visits with a mix of in-person and digital activities.
• Holder of the APM card.
