About the Role

We are seeking a talented Go-to-Market Lead to join Miro Engage in a fully remote capacity. As the Go-to-Market Lead, you will own and drive the end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for Miro Workshops. This role is pivotal in selling directly, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and transforming momentum into revenue. Your primary focus will be on achieving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) as the north star.

What You'll Do

  • Sell & prove the motion: Conduct discovery sessions, demos, pilots, and closes with lighthouse accounts; co-sell with Account Executives (AEs) and New Product Initiatives (NPIs); create early reference wins.
  • Own the GTM plan & execution: Develop the launch and growth plan, including targets, plays, assets, and enablement; run weekly cadences, and unblock cross-functional delivery.
  • Partner with Product: Provide clear market signals, prioritize GTM-critical gaps, and align roadmap sequencing with revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing: Refine positioning, messaging, and market education; ensure consistent pitch and proof points.
  • Sales enablement: Deliver the demo storyline, objection handling, competitive angles, proof kits, and customer stories; train NPIs, AEs, and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
  • Pipeline engine: Establish repeatable campaigns and partner motions; instrument lead-to-win funnel; conduct win/loss analysis and Voice of Customer (VOC) loops.
  • Metrics & ops: Create dashboards, forecast ARR, and manage weekly "plan vs. actual" with clear corrective actions.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS GTM, sales, or business development (active selling experience is a must).
  • Entrepreneurial DNA: A builder who thrives in ambiguity, hands-on, and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong product understanding with the ability to translate customer problems into clear GTM asks.
  • Proven cross-functional leadership experience without direct authority (collaboration with PMM, Product, Sales, Growth, RevOps).
  • Bonus: Experience as an ex-founder, familiarity with workshops/facilitation, or selling to professional services buyers.
