About the Role

You will play a crucial role in coordinating seasonal updates and ensuring that our merchandising strategies resonate with our customers.

What You'll Do

• Manage orders, coordinate, and follow up on seasonal update campaigns for the SEPHORA COLLECTION brand.
• Create necessary merchandising materials for production and implementation of updates, including guidelines, merchandising plans, product orders, distribution files, visuals, and labels using Excel, PowerPoint, and internal software.
• Conduct field visits after each update to verify compliance with merchandising standards.
• Oversee two annual campaigns for ordering fixtures for new or remodeled stores.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects: creating processes and guidelines, improving existing tools, and optimizing merchandising methods.
• Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of merchandising initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Marketing/Merchandising.
• Previous professional experience is preferred; experience in retail is a plus!
• Fluent in English, comfortable with daily communications with various European countries.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A genuine interest in the cosmetics industry.

• Experience with merchandising software or tools.
