About the Role

We are seeking a talented Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our growing Telehealth team. This remote role is perfect for someone with a strong direct-to-consumer (DTC) focus and a blend of hands-on and strategic marketing capabilities. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer journeys and driving measurable revenue impact through effective lifecycle strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with clients to design lifecycle strategies that align with their business objectives.
  • Execute campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and in-app messaging.
  • Build and optimize automated flows for onboarding, conversion, retention, and win-back.
  • Collaborate with Creative teams to develop compelling messaging and assets.
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Track and report on lifecycle KPIs, such as open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, and lifetime value impact.
  • Run ongoing testing and optimization to improve performance metrics.
  • Create scalable lifecycle playbooks tailored to telehealth and subscription-based models.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot, or Customer.io.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect lifecycle efforts to revenue outcomes.
  • Experience in DTC subscription, healthcare, or other regulated industries is a plus.
  • Confidence in working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
