About the Role

We are seeking a Legal Operations & Technology Analytics Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in legal operations and data analytics to enhance our processes and drive technology adoption across the organization. As a key player, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that our legal operations are efficient and effective.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze legal operations data to identify trends and insights that can improve efficiency.
  • Utilize tools like Power BI and Excel to create dashboards and reports that visualize data effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that streamline legal processes.
  • Support project management initiatives related to legal operations and technology adoption.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for legal technology tools.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of legal operations.
  • Assist in training staff on new technologies and processes to ensure smooth transitions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in legal operations or technology analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and contract lifecycle management.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with AI solutions and technology adoption strategies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Oracle CPQ and guided selling.
  • Knowledge of healthcare informatics and medical data management.
  • Fluency in German is a plus.
