About the Role

- Support employment and operational issues as needed, providing a well-rounded legal experience.
- Help update and create corporate policies, contributing to the company's governance.

Requirements
- Current 1L law student transitioning to 2L in fall 2026.
- Desire to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Interest in transactional work or privacy law is preferred.

- Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration.

- Must reside in the Denver/Boulder area and be authorized to work in the USA.
