What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate various types of contracts, including confidentiality agreements and commercial contracts.
• Participate in cross-functional projects within the Legal Department, focusing on digitalization and contract management.
• Conduct legal research and monitor relevant legal developments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Assist in preparing documentation for legal proceedings.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Master 2) in Law.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Interest in new technologies and the digital environment.
• A first experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with contract law or intellectual property.
• Familiarity with legal research tools.
• Public speaking skills.
