About the Role

Avantia Law is seeking a Legal Consultant - Contract Negotiation (French/German Speaking) - Remote to join our innovative legal team. As a Legal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in negotiating investment-related NDAs, Engagement Letters, and various contracts, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch legal services efficiently. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.

What You'll Do

  • Manage every phase of the contract process from review to execution, focusing on pre-M&A contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with global Avantia lawyers and paralegals to deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Engage in fast-paced, high-volume negotiations, ensuring quick turnaround times.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to convey complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Work independently while also being an integral part of a dynamic team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a qualified lawyer with a strong focus on contract negotiation.
  • Fluency in French and German is essential for this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a pragmatic outlook on legal concepts.
