About the Role

We are seeking a talented Lead UX Designer to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Lead UX Designer, you will oversee the entire design process, ensuring that our products are user-friendly and visually appealing. What You'll Do

  • Oversee and execute the end-to-end design process, creating high-fidelity, interactive Figma designs that are user-friendly and accessible.
  • Act as the primary design advocate, confidently presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Lead quarterly PI Planning design activities, ensuring design tasks align with Agile project timelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to create detailed design principles and specifications.
  • Ensure high-quality implementation of designs through Design QA processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs.
  • Proven experience working with design systems to ensure product consistency.
  • Extensive experience in Agile environments and methodologies.
  • Expert-level proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in leading design workshops and mentoring junior designers.
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
