As a Senior Project Control Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and oversee detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Prepare, monitor, update, and oversee project budgets, tracking expenditures and analyzing variances.
• Collect and analyze data to assess project performance and produce regular progress reports.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, leading contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment across all project activities.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, progress reports, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Mentor junior Project Control Engineers and support their development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Controls within the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
