Lead GTM Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead GTM Engineer - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies, leveraging your expertise in growth engineering and technology. As a Lead GTM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our product's success in the market, ensuring that we meet our growth targets while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and execution of go-to-market strategies for our products, focusing on data-driven workflows and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing to align on growth objectives.
• Utilize your expertise in Python, Node.js, and other technologies to develop internal tools that enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth initiatives.
• Oversee the development of scalable systems using AWS, React, and TypeScript to support our growth objectives.
• Mentor and lead a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Ensure that all engineering practices align with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a focus on growth engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and experience with AWS.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and data engineering tools like Snowflake and Airflow.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the hospitality or fintech industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with React Native, iOS, Android, and game development is advantageous.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5.
• Knowledge of partnership management and business development.
• Familiarity with Next.js and NestJS frameworks.
