• Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the CRM implementation process.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to maximize their use of CRM solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Experience with Power Platform is a plus.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in consulting or professional services.
• Knowledge of other CRM systems.
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
