About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Finance Analyst - Remote to join our dynamic team at Herbal Goodness. What You'll Do

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure that financial planning aligns with overall business objectives.
• Supervise and mentor finance support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to support capital allocation and investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls, maintaining the integrity of financial reporting.
• Utilize tools such as QuickBooks Online, Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis and visualization.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
• Contribute to the optimization of ERP systems to enhance financial processes and reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial analysis and planning.
• Proven leadership skills and experience supervising finance teams.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, Excel, SQL, and Python is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of GAAP and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work asynchronously and manage multiple projects effectively.
