What You'll Do

• Lead data analysis initiatives to identify trends and opportunities for product growth.
• Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to develop actionable insights based on user data.
• Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets.
• Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate product features and enhancements.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on product growth.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving product growth through data-driven strategies.

• Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) research methodologies.
