Lead Customer Success Manager - Remote (French & Spanish)
About the Role
We're hiring a Lead Customer Success Manager to join our team at HubSpot. In this remote position, you will oversee the customer experience for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes. This role is pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and retention while fostering deep relationships with clients.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of 30-40 enterprise-level accounts, focusing on strategic customer success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
- Utilize strategic thinking and consultative problem-solving to help customers realize the full value of HubSpot's offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute tailored success plans.
- Deliver Executive Business Reviews and strategic consultations to clients.
- Act as an advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are met and solutions are effectively implemented.
- Travel onsite to deliver strategic consulting engagements as necessary.
- Demonstrate a significant impact on business areas such as program development and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Native or professional fluency in English, French, and Spanish.
- Experience working with large organizations (200+ employees).
- Proven track record managing accounts with a minimum of $6-8M ARR.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Project management expertise and experience with risk management strategies.
- Autonomous and proactive approach to problem-solving.
