In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data acquisition and labeling operations, ensuring high-quality datasets for training AI audio models.

What You'll Do

• Own the data acquisition and labeling operations lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Translate research needs into data specifications and workflows for our teams.
• Manage external data vendors and in-house labeling teams to optimize performance.
• Implement quality control processes and monitor performance metrics.
• Improve tooling and processes to scale operations effectively.
• Support hiring and training of the labeling workforce to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with researchers and external service providers to drive initiatives for high-quality work.
• Participate in a remote-first culture that fosters collaboration across our global team.

• Passionate about audio AI and making content accessible.

• Proven ability to solve problems efficiently and autonomously.
