Nen Creative is seeking a Finance & Operations Lead - Remote to join our dynamic team. As a Finance & Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations and providing insights that drive better decision-making in our creative agency. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA while contributing to exciting projects with early-stage startups and top-tier institutions.

What You'll Do

• Own accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Manage invoicing and payment tracking to maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports that provide insights into our financial health.
• Build dashboards for revenue and cash flow to visualize key financial metrics.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting to guide strategic planning.
• Track project budgets and profitability to ensure financial sustainability.
• Analyze project performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate project and client data to support operational efficiency.
• Propose automation for manual workflows to enhance productivity.
• Work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-direction and proactivity.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in finance or operations, preferably in a creative agency.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis.
• Experience managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Analytical mindset connecting financial data and operations.
• Self-directed and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
