About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Account Director (French Speaker) - Remote to join our team at LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead strategic acquisition efforts, targeting high-value clients across EMEA. Your expertise in B2B advertising sales will be crucial as you navigate complex sales cycles and manage substantial budgets.
What You'll Do
- Build and develop our HIPO acquisition sales motion while managing your own sales book and quota.
- Partner with internal LMS teams to provide best-in-class support to new advertisers.
- Assist the EMEA Sales Director with KPI management and sales forecasting.
- Prospect marketing decision-makers at B2B companies to advise on effective utilization of LinkedIn’s marketing solutions.
- Manage complex RFP requests and participate in cross-functional projects to drive sales excellence.
- Ensure a seamless transition for customers moving between teams to optimize their experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B advertising sales experience, with at least 5 years in a quota-carrying role.
- 5+ years of digital advertising sales experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
- Business fluency in English and French.
- Experience working with agency partners and managing complex enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Nice to Have
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn platform and product features.
- Familiarity with scaled sales tools such as SFDC, Gong, and Saleloft.
- Strong communication skills and experience in creating reporting and presentation decks.
