About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Research Manager - FMCG Focus (Remote) to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Research Manager, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing insights that drive strategic decisions.

What You'll Do

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather data on consumer behavior and market trends.
• Utilize tools such as SPSS, Qualtrics, and R to analyze data and generate reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement research projects.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
• Support the development of research methodologies and survey designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in market research or data analysis.
• Proficiency in SPSS, Qualtrics, and R.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Bilingual in German and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in FMCG or retail sectors.
• Knowledge of UX and CX research methodologies.
• Familiarity with human-centered design principles.
