Requirements
- Customer support experience (online gambling or social casino preferred).
- Ability to communicate with clarity, empathy, and natural problem-solving instincts.
- Enjoy multitasking across systems while maintaining attention to detail.
- Embrace flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
- Work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Stay resilient and patient when helping frustrated customers.
- Own a self-provided laptop or PC, headset, and a reliable internet connection meeting the following requirements: Intel i5 4th Gen (or higher), Windows 10 or higher, minimum 8 GB RAM, minimum 1 GB HDD space, Ethernet/hardline connection with a minimum 10Mbps upload & download speed.
