Junior Quality Assurance Executive - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Executive to join our team remotely. In this role, you will monitor online process control, product, and packaging quality in accordance with internal and ISO 2859 sampling standards. What You'll Do

• Monitor and ensure product quality and packaging standards are met.
• Contribute to quality and food safety systems in a FS22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45000, and ISO 14000 certified facility.
• Support the digitization of quality control processes within the organization.
• Analyze quality data using statistical tools to drive product and process improvements.
• Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports and conduct calibration and validation activities based on product and process requirements.
• Assist in new product and packaging development by evaluating vendors on quality criteria and monitoring their performance.
• Conduct analytical tests in a well-equipped laboratory and coordinate all external testing activities.
• Support the legal team in ensuring regulatory compliance and licensing requirements for various product categories.
• Foster and promote a culture of food safety within the organization.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Science, Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Professional qualification in Quality Management and Food Safety Management Systems is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role.
• Knowledge of internal audits, external audits, and supplier audits related to quality processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages and ERP systems.
