About the Role
MoonPay is seeking an IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. This IT Engineer remote position offers you the chance to contribute to the decentralized economy by developing automations and systems integrations across various Core Business platforms.
What You'll Do
- Build, support, and monitor applications within our Corporate Services application portfolio.
- Develop and maintain custom applications in our iPaaS platform to automate workstreams.
- Manage Authentication services (Okta), Collaboration Services (GSuite, Slack, Zoom), and iPaaS (Workato, Fivetrans).
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures.
- Lead IT responses for incidents and escalate issues as necessary.
- Engineer, implement, and monitor IT systems and controls.
- Identify and define IT system requirements.
- Evangelize the adoption of new tools within the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in JAMF, Okta & GSuite Administration or similar systems.
- Familiarity with Fivetrans, Workato, or similar platforms.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Powershell.
- Proficient in SQL and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Basic coding skills in HTML, CSS, and other languages.
- Ability to prioritize projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SIEM platforms such as Datadog, Splunk, or Google Chronicle.
- Familiarity with web-related technologies and network/web related protocols.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for work purposes.
