What You'll Do

• Lead benefits procurement and administration for EMEA, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
• Manage vendor and broker relationships to optimize service delivery.
• Design and launch supplemental benefits tailored to local needs, enhancing our offerings in the EMEA region.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for regional benefits, providing insights and guidance to internal teams.
• Ensure accuracy in eligibility and billing processes for all benefits.
• Collaborate with internal teams on compliance matters, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
• Develop country-level benefit communications to inform and engage employees.
• Support enrollment in global benefit programs, facilitating a smooth experience for all participants.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in benefits management within the EMEA region.
• Proven experience managing renewals and vendor relationships effectively.
• Strong knowledge of statutory and supplemental benefits in EMEA markets.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to design scalable benefits frameworks that meet diverse employee needs.
• Experience in fast-paced international environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
