Internal Communication Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Internal Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team at UTAC. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to a leading group in the fields of digital mobility and sustainable solutions. As an Internal Communication Specialist, you will report to the Communication Manager and collaborate closely with the team to implement the internal communication plan and create relevant communication deliverables.

What You'll Do

• Conduct interviews, write, validate, and publish content for UTAC's Intranet site.
• Manage the weekly intranet newsletter to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Oversee the UTAC Media Library and handle video editing tasks.
• Participate in organizing internal communication meetings and events.
• Create impactful visuals for internal projects to enhance communication effectiveness.
• Contribute your expertise to future internal communication projects in a constantly evolving environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Communication or a related field (Bac+5).
• At least two years of experience in communication, including internships or apprenticeships.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to create clear and compelling content.
• Experience managing back-office operations for websites/SharePoint.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with digital communication tools.
