About the Role

We’re hiring an Intermediate Product Designer to join our remote team at commonsku. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform, which is revolutionizing the promotional products industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of experience looking to make a significant impact while working remotely.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct research to understand user needs and build confidence in our solutions.
• Design and prototype new features for the commonsku platform.
• Collaborate with the design team on our new UX and design system.
• Introduce AI-driven workflows into our app and team practices.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience working as a Product Designer, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven knowledge of user research and testing methodologies.
• Proficient with Figma and other prototyping software.
• A portfolio of thoughtful case studies demonstrating impact.
• Bonus points for experience leveraging AI during the design process and shipping AI-driven features.

Nice to Have

• Experience in community management or collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills.
