About the Role

Landor is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join our London studio. This Senior Motion Designer remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with world-leading brand experts at WPP. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on elevating brand experiences through innovative motion design.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver standout solutions across branding, broadcast, brand films, digital, and social media.
• Shape motion design across a diverse mix of clients and industries.
• Work predominantly on 2D motion design while also engaging in 3D and editing projects.
• Adapt your style to different brands while staying updated on the latest tools, trends, and techniques in motion design.
• Push creative boundaries with fresh input and bold storytelling.

Requirements

• Proven experience in motion design and editing, with expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong art direction, conceptual thinking, and animation skills, with a versatile portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Organized and reliable with strong time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cinema 4D or Houdini for advanced motion and 3D work.
• Strong filmmaking knowledge from concept through to execution.
• Storyboarding expertise to visualize ideas before production.
• Editing and sound design skills to enhance project quality.
• Adaptability and openness to direction.
