Interim Production Technician - Biopharmaceuticals

About the Role

We are seeking an Interim Production Technician to join our dynamic team at Boehringer Ingelheim. This role offers the opportunity to work in the biopharmaceutical industry, contributing to innovative health solutions. As an Interim Production Technician, you will be responsible for the production of pharmaceutical products in a controlled atmosphere, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Execute production operations for active ingredients and bulk products in an aseptic environment.
• Manage the preparation of materials and equipment, including sterilization processes.
• Conduct daily production operations, maintaining accurate documentation and traceability.
• Perform first-level maintenance on production equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Requirements

• Education: Bac/Bac +2 in Biology or related field.
• Experience in production within a Controlled Atmosphere Zone (ZAC), preferably in a pharmaceutical or industrial setting.
• Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to safety and hygiene standards.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 5S standards and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of biopharmaceutical production processes.
