About the Role

We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team remotely. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth hiring process and providing a positive candidate experience. As a Recruitment Coordinator remote position, you will gain hands-on experience in interview coordination and candidate sourcing.

What You'll Do

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating interview schedules and candidate communications.
  • Assist with candidate sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and basic screening to assess interest and alignment with role requirements.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers for smooth interview coordination.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate candidate records.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely updates.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment initiatives and talent acquisition projects.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally from the OTA/Internet/high-technology industry.
  • Experience in cross-country recruitment within the APAC region is a plus.
  • Good learning attitude, self-motivated, and organized.
  • High adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.
